Roasted Garlic Asparagus

- 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until asparagus has browned in spots, and is tender, about 15 to 18 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
